Wandering Plans in Southeast Asia

I've made the decision to leave my job.
It's been an amazing year and a half of work experience in the eastern hemisphere, but part of my New Year's goal was to establish roots this year. There are so many benefits of traveling, but I'm ready for the benefits of a home base, too.

I have two major milestones I'm striving for by June:
1. Begin a career in the digital media space.
2. Live in a place I can call home for 2 -3 years. Buy bike.

But first, some wandering travel plans:

Enjoy the last three weeks of work in Bangkok, Thailand.

CHANGE OF PLANS: Going to Australia first!!

April 13th - Cambodia (East to West): Siem Reap, Phnom Penh

April 18th - Laos (South to North): Ventiane, Vang Vieng, Luang Prabang

April 23rd - Vietnam (North to South): Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hue, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh

May 4th - Singapore

May 7th - Australia: Melbourne and Sydney

I'm excited to add three new countries to my passport and visit my family's country. I CAN NOT WAIT FOR VIETNAMESE FOOD. Any travel companions welcome.

Check back for a Global Tumbleweed in Thailand vlog this weekend!

I found this Texas gem on a crowded t-shirt rack at the Chatuchak Market in Bangkok
A little taste of home, HEB!
